The winter storm has passed, the sky is clear and with it comes the cold. Today was not so bad with temps hovering in the -10 to -15 degrees and no wind. The calm and clear weather emphasizes the steam. The trees near pools are all covered with ice as the hot steam swirls around them giving an otherworldly effect.

There has to be at least a foot of new snow piled up on the rocks creating beautiful shapes and textures.
