The great, white bears of the far north hold a fascination for many.  I have only photographed the polar bear on two occasions and their pull has been strong in the years between.  So, with great excitement I am going back on an “Excell”ent Photo Adventure with a small group of polar bear enthusiasts to photograph these magnificent creatures Nov 13-17, 2010. 

I have booked a tundra buggy for our exclusive use for five full days in the field photographing polar bears.  While our primary focus is on polar bears, other subjects that may present themselves are arctic and red fox, snowy owls, both vast and intimate landscapes and more.  We may even get lucky enough to photograph the Aurora Borealis so come prepared!

The group size is limited to six enthusiastic shooters giving each photographer a window on both sides of the buggy plus the rear deck for maximum photo opportunities.
